Registration Step
Step 1:
Book Your Kickoff Call
Details: The call will take 30-45 minutes.
During the kickoff call we will:
- Walkthrough the onboarding process in detail.
- Answer questions about the onboarding workbook.
- Walkthrough the Trust.med dashboard.
Requirement:
Customer registration and the onboarding workbook must be complete before the kickoff call.
Step 2:
Provide Your Contact Information
Details: Complete the Contact Details form.
These details will be used to begin the onboarding process. Additional contacts can be added during onboarding,

Complete all required fields on the form.
Step 3:
Complete Your Onboarding Workbook
Details: You will receive the onboarding workbook from us within 24 hours.
After you receive your onboarding workbook please complete it to the best of your ability. Within the onboarding workbook you will provide us with the details need to establish connections between you and your partners for the exchange of EPCIS data.
Requirement:
Complete the onboarding workbook prior to your kickoff call.
